As per the Mumbai
Divisional Board regulation No. 88 (), a student is required to keep 75%
attendance in each term. The students failing to fulfil the required attendance
shall not be permitted to appear the Annual Board
Examination.
Attendance is compulsory in all classes including Tutorials&Project
work.The attendance and the work done by the F.Y.J.C. students in the tutorials
&Project work will also be taken to consideration at the time of deciding
their eligibility for promotion to S.Y.J.C.
Application for absentee leave must reach the Principal within one week
with appropriate reason and the student shall report to the Principal
immediately or resumption.
A list of attendance defaulters will be displayed on the notice Board each
month and also at the end of each term.
The college wants to cultivate the concept of punctuality in the minds of
the students. They are excepted to be in their lecture rooms before
the commencement of the first lecture every day.
Students and Parents are bound to sign an undertaking for attendance
attached along with the admission form.
